9 January 2012: New HiSeq 2000 Sequencer
The platform recently acquired an Illumina HiSeq 2000. This sequencing system,
displaying two independent flow cells, allows for high sequencing capacity
at an attractive price. see more ...
The IGBMC microarray and Sequencing platform provides access to microarray technology since 2000. It has been identified as National Platform by IBiSA previously known as RIO. Recently, we have extended our portfolio by acquiring the HiSeq 2000 from Illumina for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The platform is open to all French and Foreign Academic laboratories. Some services are also available to companies. Since january 2007, it has been certified by the independent LRQA organism (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance) for the version 2000 of the ISO 9001 norm for its activities on microarrays.
